Italian energetic Breakfast

Most Italians prefer to start their day at a cafe in their busy lives. These cafes are commonly called bars in Italy. Italian breakfasts are mostly made with sweets. A typical Italian breakfast usually consists of coffee and a pastry. Among the coffees- cappuccino, espresso, caffè latte, and caffè normale are more popular. Among pastries- they give more preference to cornettos or slices of cake. They also have biscotti, bread with jam or nutella, milk and cereals, yoghurt, and fruit on the breakfast menu. This Italian breakfast provides the right incentive to face the day because it ensures 20% of our daily energy requirement. Since these foods contain carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins, simple sugars, and lipids all at the same time. Therefore, when you decide to have these meals, probably after a period of fasting like during a night, these will assist you regain, kick start, and restore your metabolism and neuron activity.
